One connected lead system

From browser capture to an accountable team pipeline.

MapLeadScout is being built as one product—not a disconnected extension and spreadsheet. Every synced record will retain its workspace, owner, source, and scrape-job history.

API, Webhooks & CRM Handoffs

Signed webhooks push new leads to your CRM, Zapier, or Make, and read-only API keys let your own systems pull them; dataset connectors are next.

Roadmap labels show what is live today versus what is still being built.

Built for focused prospecting

Less list cleanup. More relevant conversations.

Every capability moves a public business listing closer to a usable, accountable outreach record.

Smart Grid Search

Improve area coverage with radius-based grid searches across a selected region.

Phone-safe Capture & Export

Keep phone values intact in Excel and CSV. The country named in a lead’s own address sets its click-to-chat format, covering close to 240 regions.

Public Web Enrichment

Find emails and social links that businesses publish on their own websites.

Clean Excel & CSV

Preserve phone numbers as text and export locale-aware files without broken notation.

Automatic Deduplication

Compare Maps URLs and normalized phone numbers before keeping a repeated record.

Ready Dataset Access

Request pre-structured regional packs when a custom search is not necessary.

Smart coverage

Search an area cell by cell, then merge the results.

MapLeadScout divides a selected region into radius-based cells, collects the results from each search, and removes repeated businesses before export.

Dataset catalogue

Know the data before requesting access.

Coverage, collection dates, and previews to help you choose a dataset.

Find the right coverage

Explore published datasets by location and business category.

Check dates and sources

Review each dataset’s version, row count, collection date, and source notes.

Preview, then request access

Inspect a contact-free preview before requesting access. Downloads are available to teams with access.

Transparent data quality

Know what every status means before you buy.

MapLeadScout reports what was found and how it was prepared. It does not turn a formatting check into an activity guarantee.

Contact-ready phone

A supported number was standardized with its country code; this is not confirmation that a WhatsApp account is active.

Public email found

Email was visible on a public page of the business website when checked.

Website reachable

The website returned a usable response during the latest check.

Last checked

Timestamp records when the website or dataset row was most recently reviewed.

Questions people ask first

Clear answers before your first export.

Where do the email addresses come from?

MapLeadScout looks for contact details that a business publishes on public pages of its own website. An “email found” label describes the source; it does not guarantee that every mailbox will accept a message.

What does contact-ready mean?

Contact-ready means a supported phone number was standardized with its country code for cleaner calling or click-to-chat workflows. It does not, by itself, confirm that a number has an active WhatsApp account.

Is MapLeadScout affiliated with Google or WhatsApp?

No. MapLeadScout is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Google, Google Maps, Meta, or WhatsApp.

Does my computer need to stay on during a search?

Yes. The current automated engine runs through the Chrome extension, so Chrome and the Google Maps tab must remain open while an automatic search is running. A job can resume after a page reload.

How are duplicate businesses handled?

Before storing a record, MapLeadScout compares stable Maps URLs and normalized phone values. Matching records are flagged or merged so the same business is less likely to appear twice in an export.

How fresh are marketplace datasets?

Each dataset card shows a “Last checked” period. Ask for current availability before purchase; business details can change after the recorded check.

Can I use the export in a CRM?

Yes. Excel and CSV exports are structured for import into common spreadsheet and CRM workflows. Review your CRM field mapping before a bulk import.

How should I use the data responsibly?

Public information is not automatically unrestricted for every purpose. You are responsible for applicable privacy, outreach, identification, and opt-out requirements. This information is not legal advice.
